The manager didn’t apologize, didn’t offer compensation, truly didn’t care and basically acted like I had done something wrong. Later that evening after checking out at a kiosk in the am I went back to the front desk to talk to a manager. I attempted to talk to someone early in the morning but the lines were long, not moving and I had to attend the wedding. On the second night of my two night stay I saw black mold on my bathroom wall.
Being there for a wedding I had no time to talk to someone right away so I just dealt with it. The forum was also a very scary area to walk through alone at night to get back to my room. My room smelt and all the furniture was dinged and scratched. Seeing the other rooms at the other end of Caesar’s there’s no comparison. When I checked in to my room in the forum I wasn’t satisfied.
